What You Will Do:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments of family needs, risks, and strengths

• Provide guidance and informal support to less experienced practitioners

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Significant experience in children's services or family support work
• Strong assessment, safeguarding, and intervention skills
• Ability to work at an advanced practitioner level, supporting others in practice
