What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of families within the CP & CIN framework to identify risks and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Work collaboratively with children and families, offering guidance and support to meet their needs while ensuring child protection.
  • Coordinate with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding children.
  • Keep detailed, accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and uphold accountability.
  • Contribute to case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
