What You Will Do:

  • Provide expert guidance and decision-making support within the Safeguarding Team for challenging cases.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to improve child safety and well-being.
  • Engage in robust court processes to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Support and mentor other team members to develop their safeguarding skills.
  • Contribute to service development and participate in reflective supervision sessions.

Essential Requirements:

  • A car driver with access to a vehicle.
  • Experience and completion of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
