What You Will Do:

• Manage a complex caseload involving child protection plans, care proceedings, and Public Law Outline (PLO) cases.

• Provide expert guidance, joint visits, and consultations to enhance social workers' practice.

• Model exemplary practice across assessment, planning, and intervention to ensure consistent quality.

• Support the Team Manager in ensuring compliance with statutory guidance and legislation.

• Undertake case audits and participate in quality assurance activities to identify and embed improvements.

• Offer mentorship and supervision to less experienced practitioners, fostering professional growth.
