What you will do:

• As an Advanced Practitioner, you will work on assessments and interventions for children in need and those at risk, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Engage in case management, providing leadership and professional expertise to support complex cases.
• Deliver training and supervision to less experienced staff and act as a consultant on child protection issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including health professionals, educators, and legal experts to secure the best outcomes for children.
• Participate in case reviews, contributing to strategic planning and policy development to continuously improve practices.

Requirements for the Advanced Practitioner:

• Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in social work with significant frontline experience in UK Social Services working as a qualified Social Worker.
• Have current Social Work England registration.
• Proven track record in leadership roles, managing complex child protection cases with confidence and expertise.
