What you will do

  • Manage and oversee complex caseloads involving safeguarding, high-risk situations, and multi-agency working.

  • Undertake and quality assure Care Act assessments, reviews, support planning, and safeguarding enquiries.

  • Apply advanced knowledge of relevant legislation to support robust decision-making and risk management.

  • Act as a practice leader, providing mentoring, supervision, and professional guidance to social workers and newly qualified staff.

  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated and effective outcomes.
