What You Will Do:

• Manage Complex Cases: Handle high-risk cases, ensuring safeguarding and adult protection are maintained at the highest standards.

• Collaborate on Complex Cases: Work alongside practitioners to provide support and guidance on safeguarding, risk management, and decision-making.

• Person-Centred Care Planning: Involve individuals and carers in the assessment, support planning, and review process, creating tailored care plans.

• Safeguarding: Chair adult protection meetings and work closely with Safeguarding Officers to develop best practices.

• Quality Assurance: Authorise and quality assure reports, assessments, and court documentation.

• Peer Review: Promote best practices through peer reviews and establish initiatives for ongoing professional development.
