Bradford Metropolitan District Council is on the lookout for an accomplished Adults Team Manager to join our dynamic adult social care team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. As a temporary contract role, you will work full time Monday to Friday for 37 hours per week thriving in a vibrant environment while earning a competitive rate of £51.41 per hour!

What you will do:

• Manage supervise and support a team of adult social care professionals ensuring delivery of high-quality practice and effective case management.
• Provide professional oversight guidance and challenge around complex cases ensuring that processes meet the highest standards.
• Ensure assessments care planning safeguarding and reviews are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Support performance quality assurance and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate closely with health social care and partner agencies to deliver integrated services.
• Manage risk effectively and ensure that statutory duties and relevant legislation such as the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act are followed thoroughly.
• Contribute to service development and the effective operational management of the team.

As a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England you will bring significant experience in adult social care with previous experience in team or senior management roles. Your skills in supervision performance management and complex decision-making will be key to this role along with your excellent communication leadership and report-writing abilities.
