What you will do

• Complete complex Care Act assessments and reviews to identify and meet social care needs

• Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and Carers Assessments

• Lead on safeguarding concerns, including Section 42 enquiries

• Prepare detailed Social Circumstance Reports for Mental Health Tribunals

• Apply strength-based practice to promote independence and empowerment

• Contribute to Duty work, ensuring responsive and effective service delivery
