I would say to anybody who's in the waiting room, get yourself at the front of that bus and start thinking strategically. One thing I do think government could do though, it'd be really great. If government provided a technology investment and innovation fund for social care, it doesn't need to be enormous, but it would really help people move the agenda forward.
