Team Leader - Children's Service (EBD) - Ramsgate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join a "NEW" team at a children's home in the ramsgate area.
The home will be able to offer specialist care to the children in their care. Your role will be jointly a Senior Residential Support Workers role and will also lead you to deputise as a Team Leader in the Managers absence, you must have excellent communication skills and provide a safe, warm and supportive environment for all residents.
