Job title: RMN or RGN qualified Nursing Home Manager

Remuneration: £ NEG

Location: Cumbria

Sector: Nursing Homes – elderly and dementia

You will be an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager and have the following skills and qualifications:

SVQ 4 / NVQ 4 / Registered Manager’s Award / Leadership & Management in
health & social care or equivalent qualification advantageous.

RGN or RMN qualification with current PIN

At least 2 years experience as a Nursing Home Manager, ideally with solid background in elderly and dementia care

A sound knowledge and understanding of Care Inspectorate Standards and a proven track record of achieving high standards of care in this area would be a distinct advantage.

Excellent communication skills, with all levels including colleagues, residents, families and other healthcare professionals

Excellent management skills and a natural flair for man management
