Registered Home Manager - Learning Disabilities - Dover.
A Home Manager is currently being recruited for a company that provides residential care for people with profound, severe and moderate learning disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum conditions.
The company is looking for the individual to have strong management skills, along with a management qualification as you will be managing a team of 30. It is also essential that you are confident about working with adults that present with Challenging Behaviour.
