Salary: £44,000-£50,000 (DOE) + Bonus
I am currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for a well respected nursing home in Bradford.
My client is a Nursing Home which provides residential and nursing care to the elderly and those with Alzheimer's/Dementia. All provision is tailored to the individual and regularly monitored for developments. With an approach that always considers dignified and respected, the friendly team look to have a positive impact, both on care needs and the daily lifestyle of each client.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is looking for a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a live NMC PIN however non clinical managers will be considered. Candidates must have extensive managerial experience and good leadership skills in a nursing home. You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality. You will continue to maintain the high standards established in this successful nursing home.
Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management/appraisals/Training
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Nurse Qualified (RGN/ RMN/RNLD)
- Proven track record of successful home management
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Registered with CQC
- A management qualification such as LMCA or the equivalent
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic manager's salary of £44,000 - £50,000 (depends on experience), along with a bonus scheme including a bonus of up to 50% base salary, and 33 days annual leave.
