Set back within landscaped gardens in a secluded part of Southgate, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital North London specialises in the treatment of mental health problems including addiction rehabilitation.
Offering calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 50 service users, including separate facilities for up to 18 young people, personalised treatment programmes are delivered by our multidisciplinary team alongside the use of a range of therapies.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Family Therapist for our CAMHS Unit. We are looking for a motivated systemic psychotherapist with experience in child and adolescent mental health and working with families with severe and complex problems. The role will identify and deliver appropriate and relevant treatments and interventions in order to promote and develop the mental, emotional, physical and social well-being of patients liaising with family and carers. Experience of working in in-patient services and working with Parents and Carers groups would be essential. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer. Working hours will include some evenings and weekends.
It is essential for you to be UKCP registered and hold AFT membership.
