Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manager to join a highly thought or private provider of care homes; they are very highly regarded and currently operate a number of services throughout the North West of England.
Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to seeking Operations Manager required to join an established and growing private healthcare provider. You will be joining a highly skilled team overseeing four care/nursing homes across the Manchester and surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity to promote quality, lead change and oversee the development of these care homes. You will be reporting directly in to the Ops Director for the group.
As Operations Manager you will:
·Work with Managers to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and purchaser's contractual requirements
·Register as the Nominated Individual
·Undertake a variety of audits across your portfolio of homes
·Maintain and develop positive relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders ensuring existing contracts are retained and new business opportunities are sought
·Manage quality across your homes promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement
·Work proactively and represent the company as required with external commissioners, social services and safeguarding teams
·Support Managers in achieving financial targets and in managing cost
In order to apply for this role you must be/have:
·A proven track record of multi site managing within the private sector provision of nursing or residential care homes
·A nurse qualification and up to date and valid NMC registration - highly desirable
Remuneration is offered at £65K.
