I am working on behalf of a very reputable Domiciliary Care Service provider that requires a new roaming service manager working across four counties.
They are an established community-based care and support provider that was established in 2001. Since then, they have grown to become a leading provider of community-based social care and support for vulnerable adults and children living across England and Wales.
They support thousands of people, encouraging them to live independently in their own homes by providing a wide range of care and support services for people with diverse backgrounds and needs.

This role involves overseeing branches over five different counties providing 14 care packages. You will take joint responsibility with the National Live-In Manager for the management and day-to-day delivery of Live-In services to frail and vulnerable adults living in their own homes. To implement the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety 2010 (England) or The Domiciliary Care Agencies (Wales) Regulations 2004 and the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care Agencies in Wales (2004).
You will be a strong & experienced manager and have a proven successful track record within care. You will be experienced within quality and compliance within the care sector. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to time manage effectively, a driven individual and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative. £32K + 30p per mile
