Our client has a great opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Waking Night Support Worker in Poole. This is a fixed term maternity cover, lasting until February 2019.

Salary: £15,600 per annum (pro rata) - £8.00 per hour
About the role
As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible.
Being a Support Worker can be the springboard to your future career - and to all sorts of opportunities and management roles.
*For genuine occupational reasons they are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
They also have casual (bank) opportunities in this area attracting an hourly rate of £7.50
Experience is not necessarily required for this role as they are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
Flexibility is needed as working times do vary and will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins; they will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.
