£30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus bonus

In Touch Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a nationally recognised care home provider to recruit an experienced Residential Care Home Manager to take the lead of their small, reputable care home in Shipley, West Yorkshire.
Situated close to the village centre of Baildon, this well-presented care home provides care and support to older people with residential, palliative, convalescence and respite care needs.
- Proven and successful background working as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Current experience managing a care home for older people
- Excellent working knowledge of CQC expectations and current care legislations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Marketing and Budget Management experience
Completion of Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent will be advantageous.
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management and success of the care home. Leading from the front, you will motivate and inspire the staff team to ensure the home is compliant and is operating efficiently and consistently to a high standard.
