Peripatetic Manager - Guildford
£60-65k per annum plus car allowance
Bright Selection is delighted to represent a luxury provider of specialist residential and dementia care homes, in their recruitment of a Peripatetic Manager working across the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well resourced and established luxury care home provider in the south east region. Our client is a medium sized group with 100% of services CQC rated at Good and above. All homes offer exceptional care in a hotel style environment and specifically cater for residential and dementia care. Some sites provide an element of nursing care with complex care needs as such the successful candidate will ideally be a nurse. Key to this role is the understanding of how to achieve 'Good' and 'Outstanding' care; coupled with the ability to share this knowledge and support others to deliver care at this standard.
·Supporting home managers to develop and improve services
·Provide cover for Home Manager vacancies
·Lead and manage care and nursing team as required
·Support on special projects as directed by the quality team
·Commitment to professional development that supports service improvement
·Report and analysis of care sites for presentation to the board
·Nurse qualification desirable
·Need to be an experienced as a General Manager in older people care home delivering good/outstanding care
·Experienced in turnaround homes would be beneficial
·Leadership and project management experience
·Dementia care qualification and or experienced delivering dementia care
·Demonstrable knowledge of working within a luxury care setting
·Ability to undertake regular travel and overnight stays
