Bright Selection are delighted to represent a well resourced, family owned nursing home in their recruitment of a Registered Care Home Manager in the Croydon area. This role requires a strong clinician with previous leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Our client requires a Home Manager for their medium sized home which has an excellent reputation in the local area and a CQC Good Rating. This role offers the successful manager the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with the shared objective of delivering care that will move the home to an 'Outstanding' rating. You will benefit from a flat management structure and excellent operational support, in particular the business management aspects of the home. This role would suit a clinically strong manager who is seeking to develop their range of management skills further.
·Hold CQC Registered Manager status
·Clinical leadership and governance for the home
·Line management of nursing and care team
·Work in partnership with experienced senior management in delivering KPI
·Support on Sales and Marketing
·innovating and developing services for best support person-centred care
·RGN Nurse qualified with current NMC PIN
·Advanced nursing skills with experience in palliative and end of life care
·Leadership experience in a nursing home for older people
·Sound knowledge and understanding CQC regulations and achieving good ratings
·Long term commitment to developing 'Outstanding' care delivery
