Leeds, West Yorkshire, England
Registered Care Home Manager, Leeds LS14
(Clinical Care Home Manager holding a current NMC PIN)
Dependent upon experience, circa £42,000 + excellent discretionary bonus scheme
Ravensdale has two 10-bed units, Foxglove and Bluebell, each featuring a dining room and two lounges.
We encourage service users to decorate their bedrooms, that way their own personal tastes can be enjoyed. Each room is fitted with TV and telephone points, and have an accessible ensuite wet room.
An extended pathway of care is offered at Ravensdale - the OneCare service provides more independence to service users who may have met their rehabilitation goals. The three-bed house is staffed 24/7 and provides a pathway for those ready to gradually return to life in the community. OneCare services are also ideal for those with progressive conditions, not quite ready for full time care, but do still require some support.
