On behalf of a fantastic charitable organisation I am looking for a Manager to Oversee an Acquired Brain Rehabilitation service in the Suffolk area of Gipping. The service can be accessible from Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich.
The service is a beautiful and excellently equipped home with a number of units, each unit specialising in different techniques suited to all types of brain injury.
You will be responsible for managing the therapy and Care Teams ensuring complies with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. You will work as part of the Senior Management Team to ensure the highest standards are achieved and be responsible for the safeguarding of the residents.
The service manager must have:
-Over five years post graduate experience in the field of acquired brain injury.
-Knowledge of people management Relevant and on-going CPD in Acquired Brain Injury.
-Specialist knowledge of the theories, treatments and techniques relevant in acquired brain injury.
-Track record of success in evolving and delivery of continuously improving quality services.
-Strategic development and project management.
-Experience of interdisciplinary and multiagency working [including working with GPs; acute hospitals and interfacing with Primary and Secondary Mental Health Services.
-A Level 5 Diploma in Care and Management or equivalent qualification, Post Graduate degree in nursing or applied health care profession experience
