Position: QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager & Training Manager
On behalf of a successful, well regarded organisation, I am looking for a QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager & Training Manager. My client is an established care home provider with a range of residential care homes in the Hampshire.
The role of the QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager & Training Manager will be to oversee CQC compliance across all homes. You will assess all homes to ensure all remain fully compliant. You will oversee car deliver and ensure all resident receive the very best care.
This organisation has high standards and a great reputation so the residents and their families expect great service, so as the QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager & Training Manager you must have a distinct awareness of regulations and inspections frameworks to ensure they can operate all services to achieve GOOD or OUTSTANDING ratings with the CQC (or country specific equivalent).
Candidates should have worked as a QA Manager / Compliance Manager previously and should have improved quality across care homes. Applicants with experience gained working as a CQC inspector are highly desirable.
In return for your hard work and commitment, my client is offering the QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager & Training Manager the following package:
- Highly competitive salary of circa £45'000+ (Negotiable)
In order to be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will need:
- To be able to demonstrate experience in a similar QA manager role
- Excellent Quality and Compliance experience
- Strong background in the care home sector
- Ideally a relevant Care Management qualification (RMA, LMC, Diploma Level 5)
- Excellent communication skills
This role would suit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Manager, CQC Inspector, Project Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Multi site Nursing Home Manager, Multi site Residential Home Manager, Multi site Care Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager.
