Our client is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager Operations Manager to oversee a care home in Bournemouth. You will work alongside an existing home manager to oversee the business management, marketing and compliance of a wonderful care home.
Operations Manager applicants should have a strong background in care home management. Any operations management experience is highly beneficial. You will ensure the home is compliant and you will improve marketing and business performance.
Operations Manager / Business Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Home Manager / Operations Manager
- Experience of Elderly Care
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong business skills
- Marketing skills
- CQC knowledge
