We have a great opportunity at our home Field Lodge in St Ives; Cambridgeshire for a Home Manager to join the team. Field Lodge has a great reputation having successfully gained an outstanding KLOE in their last CQC report in 2017. The team are seeking a strong and compassionate manager who puts care and people at the heart of what they do.
Field Lodge has 72 bedrooms over three floors and is located on the outskirts of the ancient but still thriving town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Each floor is divided into communities, each with its own dining room and lounge. This helps to create a more intimate atmosphere within the home, which is particularly helpful for residents living with dementia and end of life care.
In the warmer months our landscaped gardens offer lots of enticing spaces to explore, with a variety of specially designed gardens, including a sensory garden and a butterfly garden. There's also a formal garden, with raised beds – perfect for residents who might like to help with some gardening.
