This position is as a Nursing Home Deputy Manager in a large sized Nursing Home that provides high quality nursing and residential care.
The Home is a purpose built nursing home providing nursing and residential care for adults and the elderly and is looking to fill this post with a strong clinical Deputy.
The home is set in a lovely setting, and will offer a really comfortable and friendly environment for all the residents to enjoy as well as the staff, they are renowned as a company for looking after and supporting their staff and have a great staff retention rate.
The position is as Deputy Home Manager and is offering up to £40,000 with the opportunity to earn a bonus as well as lots of other benefits and plenty of room for progression with lots of support.
You will be a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC registration and work experience working in a similar position, preferably caring for older residents.
