Job Role: Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £60,000- £65,000 + Benefits

The CQC have visited the home & on first inspection received a Good Rating
Manager – Nursing & dementia specialist, hands on leadership required, staff will need reassurance as the home operates at 92% occupancy and leadership from a strong manager.
This is a fabulous new build and was presented by my clients for a Pinders Design Award. Integration of new staff is key at the Home
The Home is stable and staff are motivated
The Region has established and successful Care Homes across the Norfolk area. The region provides residential, nursing and dementia care to over 250 private and funded residents. Our Client has a positive and proactive relationship with the LA and the CCG’s, also members of the local Care Association.
The regional manager has vast experience as a home manager, regional manager and supporting new commissions.
The CQC outcomes focus for the region is to achieve a minimum of Good initially at all of the Homes in the region and then to plan and execute a move to achieve an Outstanding on follow-up inspections. The Region is designed to ensure that the Home Manager receives the maximum amount of support from their Regional Manager and time is available to continuously review resident and commercial outcomes
Proven Management experience managing a complex care home.
Evidence of periodic training
Evidence of being up to date with current legislation and mandatory requirements
Understands and has sound knowledge of external regulatory bodies
Able to plan tactically and execute effectively
Has a strong focus on delivery under pressure at pace
