Search Consultancy Ltd is currently seeking experienced Youth Justice Workers for temporary contracts initially for 3 months within the Greater Manchester area.
Salary: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour
My client is looking for someone who has Probation Officer or Social Worker qualifications (or equivalent), and at least 1 year's experience of working within the Youth Justice Service.
Within this role, your duties will include:
* Case management of young people subject to Court Orders
* Completing comprehensive assessments
* Writing reports for courts and Referral Order panels
* Face to face work with young people to reduce the risk of offending
* Managing the risk of harm, and to maintain their safety and well-being Managing the case from start to end
* Contributing to duty rotas including police station appropriate adult and court duty where required
