Are you looking for your first step into a management role or just looking for a change from your current role? If so, this could be the ideal job for you.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in the domiciliary care sector who can manage high quality of care for vulnerable adults around the St Helen's area. You will firmly believe in person centred care and be passionate about delivering the highest standards of care possible.
To carry out this role it is essential you have your Level 5 in Health & Social Care or be well on your way to completing it and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, have the ability to work under pressure and excellent people skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, self motivated and driven individual to join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding Domiciliary Care Business.
Your hours of work will be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with on call duties one weekend per month and one night per week. The salary depends on your experience and there are excellent benefits which include continuing development and training, paid holiday, a friendly and supportive working environment and life insurance.
