I am working on behalf of a very reputable Elderly Service provider that requires an experienced care co-ordinator/scheduler.
This is one of the UK's largest community healthcare providers in the UK. They have a number of branches across the country. They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation in the area and has achieved ?outstanding' in their last CQC report.
The group's senior management team has also been instrumental in the company's success. With one of the most experienced and capable management teams in the area they continue to go from strength to strength.
You will be responsible for managing staff availability, effectively producing rotas for the carers & working closely with the Home Care Manager amongst other duties.
This a is full time role offering hours from either 9-5pm Monday to Friday. You must be able to undertake some on call shifts.
You will be a strong experienced care co-ordinator and have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care. You will have excellent organisational qualities, ability to be flexible and to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative. You must have previous care co-ordinator experience and experience of using some scheduling software.
You must drive and own your own car.
