Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for quality improvement and service development looking for your next step up the ladder? My client are looking for a Home Manager, with outstanding leadership and problem solving skills, to move into a regional role where issues can be identified and improvement plans implemented in Homes that need some care and attention.
Within this Turnaround Manager role you will be working across the region working closely with the Regional Directors and Home Managers in ensuring the quality and compliance to current best practice and regulations for all homes, monitor the operation of the internal systems and processes of the organisation and provide expert advice and solutions for improved ways of working. The Turnaround Manager will be committed to achieving standards of excellence and you will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing standards of care and kindness, occupancy, profitability and operating efficiency. The Turnaround Manager will be a natural leader who is organised and driven, can inspire and develop their colleagues whilst at all times maintaining passion for delivering kindest possible care for Residents and their relatives and friends.
The Turnaround Manager will be a caring and talented nurse RGN or RMN with a current *NMC PIN as well as being able to demonstrate great management and leadership skills, you will need to be experienced in running a care establishment.
The Turnaround Manager should have the following skills and experience
• Current NMC PIN is desirable
• Relevant qualifications and experience
• Full valid UK driving license
• Commercial Acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Numeracy and Literacy Skills
• Leadership and Development
• Deciding and initiating action
• Relationship and Team Building Skills
