Get Re-Warranted as an AMHP
A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced AMHP to join their Mental Health services which is currently going through a period of expansion. Due to the expiry of the Section 75 agreement the Local Authority is reshaping its Mental Health services along with colleagues from the Health services. This is an excellent opportunity for those candidates who currently do not have an AMHP warrant to get re-warranted and practice as an AMHP once again.
This is a permanent post that also offer opportunities for further development as you will be encouraged to undertake BIA training as well as the Practice Educator course. There will also be opportunities to undertake other forms of training which will provide you with a good base to take on management posts in the future.
As this is an AMHP post you should have completed the AMHP or ASW course and at least practised as an AMHP for a year. A new warrant will be issued to successful candidates.
