Compass Associates are proud to be working a valued client to recruit for a Quality and Compliance manager for a group of their nursing homes across the West Midlands, Wales and South West caring for elderly residents with Dementia. The successful candidate will need to have Extensive experience within CQC, Safeguarding's and Compliance. My client desire someone who has excellent people skills and the ability to manage several tasks.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance manager seeking a new challenge and a chance put their own . The candidate is required to have previous nursing home experience with exposure to safeguarding's and CQC, along with budgetary knowledge. A nurse pin is preferred, however not essential.

This role is based across the West Midlands, South West & Wales and is commutable from Hereford, Worcester, Birmingham, Shrewsbury, Cardiff, Cheltenham and Gloucester.
The interview process will be in a two stage format.
Stage One - Formal interview with the Quality Director
Stage Two - Formal interview with the Managing Director
My client are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance manager with exposure to dementia and elderly residents where the successful candidate is able to lead and inspire a team. In exchange my client are offering a salary of £50,000.
