Are you a Senior Nurse looking for career development or a Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge? If you hold a valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN) and have a passion for elderly care - then I have the perfect role for you!
I am currently looking for a strong leader with a nursing background to join a large elderly/dementia nursing home in Northwood. The home has been purpose-built and designed to meet the elderly resident's needs - ensuring exceptional, person-centred care is available at all times. As Unit Manager / Clinical Lead, you will be in charge of one of the on-site units, applying your clinical expertise and experience to lead the unit effectively.

As Clinical Lead, you will be able to:
• Work closely alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
• Assist the delegation of workloads and nursing resources
• Ensure accurate care records are kept
• Promote and maintain a high standard of care throughout the unit
• To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with supervision of trained staff, as well as providing mentorship, assessment and induction of new staff
• Conform to the latest guidelines and CQC standards
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Valid Nursing PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Experience working as a senior nurse or above
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, DOLS, and the Mental Capacity Act
In return, my client will offer excellent career progression, an hourly rate of £17.47 and an extensive benefits scheme, including covering NMC fees, shopping discounts, ongoing professional development, and career progression opportunities.
