Our client, a nationwide provider of Education and Residential care for children with a range of conditions including Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH), are currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Maidenhead.
The Registered Manager will have worked closely within children's services in a residential setting specialising in Behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. A positive, driven and very approachable personality is needed and most importantly, someone who has a real passion for quality care. The Registered Manager is accountable for delivering high quality care to the children and young people resident within the home including:
Delivery of all care services
The strategic planning for developments within the home
All day to day management matters.
Demonstrate the ability to build on the well established principles and practice standards.
Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of childcare standards across the company.
NVQ Level 5 or RMA Qualified
Must have current residential home management experience
Excellent knowledge of OFSTED
Strong background of working within children's services
