Nursing Home Manager - Large Nursing Home
Package Details: £43,000 p/a (negotiable)
Contracted Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Glasgow (South/Central) Commutable from Paisley , Bearsdon and surrounding region -

Compass Associates are exclusively working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for their large nursing home based in the north Glasgow area . We are seeking an experienced manager with a proven track record of improving quality standards, increasing occupancy levels & experience of managing large teams of staff.
My client are a small group of nursing homes with business focussed exclusively in Scotland .
The service focuses on delivering person centred high standards of care , as a converted nursing home it caters for service users across the following care categories ; Elderly , nursing , residential , EMI. The home has recently had a full refurbishment to a high standard and caters for LA funded as well as self pay service users.
Ideally the candidate will have worked in a care home setting previously and dealt with frail elderly and dementia service users. Ideally the candidate will have had previous managerial experience and posses a kind, friendly and approachable personality but most importantly have a passion for first class quality care. Due to the nature of this role it is essential that the manager has a live nursing pin as well as previous experience of marketing private beds and building essential local relationships .
- RGN, RMN, RNLD or RNMH nursing qualification.
- Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
- Strong up to date clinical skills.
- Stable career history and proven track record of delivering quality care (4's or above)
- A good team player who possesses strong relationship building skills.
- A pro-active person who endeavours all types of challenges.
- Someone who has a passion for delivering first class quality care.
