They have a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as an Experienced Support Worker in Burnley. This opportunity is to work 12 hours per week with the option for additional hours during the holiday periods.

Salary: £16,087 per annum (pro rata) - £8.25 per hour
About the role
As an Experienced Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care, supporting someone to rustle up some breakfast, do the weekly shop or visit a local café.
Our client also supports people to take part in some of their amazing arts and wellbeing activities – from dance to music making, swimming to rock climbing.
Being a Support Worker can be the springboard to your future career - and to all sorts of opportunities and management roles.
Flexibility is needed as working times do vary; they will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.

You’ll have significant experience as a Support Worker, or in a similar role, and may also have achieved a Level 2 Qualification (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related discipline. You a will be able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
