In Touch Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a small, prestigious care home provider to recruit an experienced Activities Coordinator to take on the role of Lifestyle Manager within a brand new luxury care home which is scheduled to open soon in Duston, Northampton.
This fantastic new care facility in Duston will be registered to provide luxury accommodation and support for up to 66 older people with residential and dementia care needs.
As Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing and coordinating person centred activities that are tailored to different levels of ability whilst reflecting best practice for dementia and the interests of the home’s residents. With great organisation and communication skills you will have a strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external bodies to organise both group and individual activities to enable residents to live a full and enriched life.
For this varied and rewarding role, we are searching for a motivated and passionate individual who has experience working as an Activities Coordinator within a care home that provides care to older people with dementia and residential care needs.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 40 hours per week.
