I have a fantastic opportunity to join a charitable care organisation supporting a number of services across Gloucestershire. As Compliance and Audit Manager you will ensure the services are providing high quality, safe and effective care to all residents.
Compliance and Audit Manager role:
*The Compliance and Audit Manager will develop and implement assurance initiatives such as resident safety, incident management, auditing & governance and best practice standards, to deliver the exceptional care and service residents expect.
*To support the delivery of practice and professional developments within care homes to ensure safe and high quality care
* Identify and address quality issues and implement learning from any complaints, audits and residents surveys
* Monitor and audit care implementation at services, promoting a person-centred approach to care, ensuring all audits and surveys are completed
* Organise regular care and quality meetings with Home Managers
My client is looking for a Manager with a background in nursing/residential services along with;
*Knowledge of health and social care legislation
*Strong knowledge of elderly care
*Confident leader with fantastic communication skills
*Specialist knowledge of clinical governance and auditing
