About the role
Our client has a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as a Support Worker at their day service in Barnet, London. They have a number of flexible permanent full time and part time roles available. They are able to offer various shift patterns between Monday and Friday.
As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible.
This charity also supports people to take part in some of their amazing arts and wellbeing activities - from dance to music making, swimming to rock climbing.
Being a Support Worker at this organisation can be the springboard to your future career - and to all sorts of opportunities and management roles.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential for these roles.
Experience is not necessarily required for this role as our client is able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
