Stephen James Consulting are proud to be working with a renowned healthcare provider in their recruitment for an Interim Turnaround Manager, based in South London.
The Interim Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the registered care home and has overall responsibility for the running of the home along with meeting all it's statement of purpose in the absence of a permanent manager.
The Interim Manager must be qualified, competent and experienced to run the home and meet its stated purpose, aims and objectives, the Interim Manager's approach should create an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere, responsible for demonstrating strong positive ideas about professional practice and right of the individuals (particularly privacy, independence and choice) and adhering to National Minimum Standards, and all relevant legislative requirements.
All potential applicants for the Interim turnaround manager should note the following requirements:
Evidence of at least 4 years management experience within a relevant care setting within the past 5 years (Residential, Dementia or Nursing)
Must be able to demonstrate evidence of being up to date with current legislation, mandatory CQC requirements.
Strong experience of crisis / turnaround and troubleshooting are essential.
