We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Chelsea. We are a 40 bedded not for profit Care Home for persons over the age of 65 years, situated in the heart of Chelsea.You will oversee the work of our Senior and Care Assistant team with the support of the Head of Care and Registered General Manager.
Person Specification: The role holder must have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience as a Care Coordinator in an elderly care home, and hold a diploma in Health and Social Care Level 4 or 5.You will have an excellent understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation (CQC), have a very strong experience of risk assessments, and have an excellent ability to lead. You will be focused on driving positive change across this service and ensuring support packages meet the expectations of the residents. You will also be doing supervisions, appraisals and recruitment of staff and take a leading role in CQC inspections when required.
