An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Home Manager in a 48 bedded purpose-built home specialising in residential and nursing dementia care.
Set in a lovely semi-rural town on the outskirts of Liverpool, the home benefits from a good CQC rating and has a warm, family feel. It is part of a large network of homes offering a fantastic salary of up to £50k.

Detailed Job Description for Nursing Home Manager
You will have the responsibility of the overall management of the home by actively engaging with customers and the team.
Maintaining highest level of care through CQC, HSE, EHO compliance, company policies and procedures and conducting regular risk assessments.
Financial Responsibilities including sales revenue, payroll, agency costs and contributing to the annual budget planning.
Building of successful teams and by being fully engaged in career development and coaching of staff and building morale.
Overseeing appropriate reporting and recording of all incidents in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Ensure effective administrative processes are in place to enable the smooth running of the Home.
Experience of leading a large team and mentoring junior staff
Financial and Risk assessment experience in relation to running a nursing home
NMC pin or S/NVQ4 in social care and either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
Experience of turnaround management and dementia care desirable.
