We are recruiting for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a well-established service. Ideal candidates will be an experienced nurse with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering person centered care.
The nursing home is a bespoke general nursing and dementia care facility purpose built and designed according to the latest research into elderly care.
This is a full time (40 hours per week) role predominantly working Monday to Friday but also covering weekends as needed. You’ll work alongside Home Manager assisting with the day to day management of the home including: the standard of care practice, the catering and domestic services, and the staff and finances of the home, ensuring that the residents receive the best possible clinical care. You’ll also be ready to cover clinical shifts if required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse, or existing nurse manager, to join a company with an excellent reputation for providing high quality, innovative residential and nursing care.

You’ll be a registered nurse, RGN or RMN, with previous experience in supervising staff
You’ll be passionate about ensuring our residents receive the best possible person centred care and always seek to improve the service we offer them
You’ll have a proven track record in delivering excellent clinical care; ideally within an elderly care environment
