Registered Home Manager - Learning Disabilities

Learning Disabilities Home Manager required for a medium sized Care Home based in Nottingham, East Midlands, the home provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviors, the Registered Home Manager - Learning Disabilities will be responsible for:
The day to day running of a residential home for adults with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Ensuring that all residents receive person centred care, with respect for their dignity and choice.
Enable them to achieve their personal outcomes.
You'll lead and motivate the staff to provide the best standards of care and support.
To be considered for this role of Registered Home Manager - Learning Disabilities you will need the following experience:
NVQ Level 4 or NVQ 5 (or working towards) and minimum of three years' experience of managing a learning disability or mental health care home.
Minimum of three years' management experience within learning disability or mental health.
Motivational with leadership skills.
Organized with ability to meet deadlines and fulfil obligations generally.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent financial and budgeting skills.

This role is offering a competitive Salary and Benefits Package which depending on candidate experience - £40,000 - £43,000 per year.
