UP TO £50,000 SALARY + excellent benefits package plus £2,500 prp
Indigo Healthcare is collaboratively working with a forward thinking, dynamic and highly successful care provider in the UK, to recruit an experienced Registered Home Manager for a medium sized nursing home for older people aged 50+ in the Dorset region.
The home, part of a group of homes, provides for Dementia residents but also Old Age & Physical Disabilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing the care home to a high standard and driving forward changes to ensure both the local governing bodies and senior management are happy with the standard of care provided.
The successful candidate will need to have;
• a valid NMC PIN
• at least 5 years nursing home management experience
• turnaround experience
• a great understanding of dementia care
• feel comfortable in an autonomous role
• strong leadership and networking skills
• excellent attention to detail
This is an excellent opportunity for a Manager who wishes to continue the turnaround of this home, presently ‘Requires Improvement’ but is on track to be rated ‘Good’ at the next CQC inspection in Summer.
