Livability is the disability charity that connects people with their communities. We tackle social isolation and the barriers that can cause this in the lives of disabled and vulnerable people.
Purpose of this role is to help people live an independent life, supporting with personal care needs, participating in community activities and have an ability to work in a person centred way; to help develop risk assessments that are reviewed and updated regularly.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to connect and establish relationship to be successful in this role you will have
• Have knowledge of key legislation relating to health and safety in the workplace
• Have the ability to interact and identify communication and language needs, wishes and preferences
