Domiciliary Registered Branch Manager

I am working on behalf of a reputable home care service provider that requires an experienced branch manager to oversee their branch in the Livingston area.
They are one of the leading providers of private homecare services in the UK. Their mission is to provide flexible, community-based care support of the highest standard, that promotes independence, dignity and choice.
Established in 2009, the group has continued to grow, both through acquiring companies of all sizes and by winning new business. The majority of their services are commissioned by local authorities.
They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation.
This role is based in their Livingston branch and you will be managing around 250 staff and overseeing the effective delivery of 5500 hours/week to approximately 600 clients.
You will be a strong and experienced registered branch manager and have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector, as you will be required to hit the ground running. You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain quality. You will have excellent business sense, with an excellent understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be passionate, driven and a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area. NVQ/QCF level 4 in management is the minimum requirement or you will be working towards NVQ Level 5.
