Marketing Manager - Care Homes

Our Client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their newly created Business Support Team. In this role you be required to visit homes, build relationships with Home Managers and the Regional Operations Teams to increase the percentage of private fee payers across the regions.
You will need to be a passionate, caring and driven individual, who is able to work to and exceed set targets. It will be up to you to help promote to external audiences wherever possible, thereby generating more enquiries about our homes and services.You must be able to work on your own initiative and be able to think outside of the box. A dedicated problem solver who is able to establish the root cause of marketing issues within each service
It will also be up to you to oversee project management for trade shows, external conferences mailings, webinars and other events, working closely both with our Regional Operations Teams and the Homes to ensure we have a strong presence and that we promote our services effectively to attract potential customers.
The right candidate for this role will have proven marketing experience. You should also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as a well as the ability to effectively juggle a number of different projects at once. You will be an early adopter of social media platforms and ideally have experience of integrating them into work marketing activities - e.g. running Company Facebook, Twitter feeds and utilising social media technologies such as blogs, RSS, video, webcasts etc.
You will also be responsible for networking with subject matter experts to deliver a PR and content marketing plan for social media and third party industry channels.
Ideally, you should also be educated up to degree level and have experience of marketing and advertising in the private care sector. You should also be driven, self-motivated and able to work well both individually and as part of a team and able to work within a field context, which will involve frequent travel to the regions.
You will have strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, SharePoint and WordPress. You will have a Full UK Driving License and your own car. A Car allowance, laptop and mobile phone will form part of an attractive remuneration package.
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
